About the course
Obtaining converged solutions for highly non-linear simulations can sometimes be challenging. After this training you will be able to recognize when a problem is too difficult or too ill-posed to be solved effectively. The course is divided into lectures, demonstrations and workshops.
What will you learn?
• How non-linear problems are solved in Abaqus
• How to develop Abaqus models that will converge
• How to identify modelling errors that cause models to experience convergence difficulties
• How to recognize when a problem is too difficult or too ill-posed to be solved effectively
Who should attend?
This course is recommended for users with experience in Abaqus who wish to become more proficient in reaching converged solutions. If you are a beginning Abaqus user, you might want to consider following any of the introduction courses.
The cost for this online training are EUR 980,00 per person. Payment / PO should be received before the start of the training.
This is what our customers experienced
“We were able to learn why our analysis failed and how to check that, in order to find a solution. This course comes with both theoretical input as well as practical tips how to reach convergence”
“We are now able to identify modeling errors that cause convergence issues, and get a better understanding how non-linear problems are solved in Abaqus to be able to develop models that converge”
