Online Webinar Training: Post-processing results within Abaqus Viewer

29 April 2016 @ 11:30 - 12:00

April’s webinar covers post-processing results within Abaqus Viewer. It will be held on Friday 29th April.
Anyone who performs an FE Analysis will be required to post-process the results in some form or another. Abaqus users have a powerful tool available for this purpose in the form of the Abaqus Viewer, but often do not use it to its full potential. This webinar shall discuss the various options available within the Viewer module.

In this webinar we will start by looking at the basic tools for everyday use such as Abaqus Viewercontour plots, probing and using the display group tool. We will continue to look at more advanced techniques available that can improve the quality of the results and make presenting/reporting findings easier. Finally, we shall look at the tools available that can be brought into the Viewer module to automate the processing of results, such as plug-ins, scripting and macros.

As a result of this webinar you shall have a more comprehensive understanding of the tools available within the Viewer module and be able to implement changes to enhance the speed and quality at which you report your results. You shall also have clarified any common misconceptions and be aware of common mistakes to avoid when analysing results.
